Ingredients:

1 teaspoon vanilla extract |

1/2 pound soft tofu |
| |
1/4 cup maple syrup |

Directions:
Drain tofu and place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until chilled.
