| Instructions: |
| Mince garlic and scallions together until finely chopped and well mixed. Using a pastry brush, dip into oil and spread on sliced bread. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of garlic-scallion mixture onto bread and spread around with back of spoon. Broil until golden. |
